large can of crushed pineapple 
2 eggs
2Tblspoons of corn starch
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 bag small marshmallows
1/2 pint whipping cream



Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple- SAVE JUICE
heat juice, add beaten eggs, corn starch and sugar
Mixture thickens like pudding, cool for about 20 minutes, then add pineapple and marshmallow.  cool competely onernite in fridge (usually overnight is best if you can) then in the morning beat cream till stiff and fold in.
