1 1/2 cup large cottage cheese ( Press until dry unless) If you have a cheese cloth thats even better
4 green onions (tops only chopped)
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste

crust:
4 cups flour
2 eggs
5 Tbls. sour cream
3 Tbls. veggie oil
Pinch of salt and about 3/4 cup of water


Directions:

Sift flour make a well in the flour, break eggs into well. Add sour cream, 3 Tbsp. of oil and then salt.
Mix well. Gradually add water and work dough divide into quarters.
Cover with damp cloth, roll out into about 1/8 thick, unless you like them thicker. Makes 4 inch circles with a cup or cutter. Use 1 heaping Tbls. of mixture and close. Use water along the edges and then a fork to seal.
Boil in water for 4 or 5 mins. until they float. rince with cold water. Pat Dry with a paper towel. I then quick freese them separately and then in a freezer bag. Defrost and fry in butter until golden.
