6 cups beets, cooked, cooled peeled and cut up
4 cups of vinegar
4 cups of sugar
1 cup of water, 1/2 pkg. of pickling spices

Directions:
Directions:
Place cut up beets in sterilized jars.
Place pickling spices in a cheesecake bag.. then boil together the above ingredients for one minute. Pour hot liquid over beets. Cover with sterile lids.
