2¼ c flour
1 t baking powder
½ t nutmeg
1¼ white sugar
¾ c butter - softened
½ c eggnog
1t vanilla
2 large egg yolks

Icing:
¼ c butter
3 c icing sugar
½ c eggnog
optional: 3 drops yellow food colouring
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat 300º
1. Mix all dry ingredients
2. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
3. Add eggnog, vanilla and yolks to butter until smooth.
4. Add dry mix and beat on low until blended - do not over mix.
5. drop tablespoon onto uncreased sheet 1" apart.
6 Bake 23-25 minutes - cool on rack .
Ice when cool, sprinkle top with nutmeg.
