-1/2 cup unsalted butter
-1 cup brown sugar
-3 Tbsp white sugar
-1 egg
-2 tsp vanilla extract
-1/2 tsp baking sofa
-1/2 tsp baking powder
-1/2 salt
-1.75 cups flour
-2 Tbsp instant coffee slightly crushed
-1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
-Preheat oven to 375 F
-Cream butter with sugars until fluffy
-Beat egg with Vanilla extract
-Combine dry ingredients and beat into butter mixture
-Stir in chocolate chips
-Drop large spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or 10-12 for crispier cookie
