Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
Crust:
2 cups of flour
2/3 cup of shortening
1 tsp salt
4 1/2 tbsp water

Mix together flour and salt
Add shortening and mix with hands until mixture looks like course oatmeal
Gently stir in water
Form into ball

Filling:
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 onion
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt

Chop onion and cook with ground beef and remaining ingredients

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
-Cut pie crust in half, roll out and place one half in a 9 inch pie shell
-Fill pie shell with cooked ground beef mixture
-Roll out second half of the pie crust and place on top
-Cut off excess crust from the edge of pie plate
-Use a fork to seal the edges around the pie
-Pierce the top in several places with the fork

Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes
