Boiled chicken, deboned
1 onion
salt
pepper
sage
1 or 2 eggs
1/4 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Cook cornbread according to package.

Crumble cornbread in large mixing bowl. Cut up 1 onion into bowl. Mix broth from boiled chicken with salt, pepper, sage, and chicken.

In a separate bowl, mix 1 or 2 eggs with milk.

Stir and mix all together, pour into well greased pan and cook about 45 minutes or until set in the middle and a little brown. Mixture will be juicy.
