Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
5 cups of Flour
¾ cup of Corn flour
500g Butter
¾ cup of Castor Sugar
2 tsp Salt
Extra castor sugar to sprinkle on top after baking

Directions:
Directions:
Melt Butter with Castor Sugar.
Mix in sifted Flour, Corn Flour and Salt until all comes together.
press into smaller slice baking trays and prick a few times with a fork.
Bake in a moderate oven 180 Deg C until just starting to change colour around edges.
Cut into squares soon after removing from oven and sprinkle with castor sugar.
