1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking Sosa
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup butter softened
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 cup choc chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cook for 10-12 minutes.

Mix together flour, baking soda and cinnamon
Beat together butter, brown sugar and white sugar, at medium speed until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla.
At load speed, beat in flour
mixture until blended. Fold in oats and chocolate chips. Cover with plastic wrap, chill for 1 hr.
Shape into one inch balls, press with fork slightly.

I added 1/2 cup butterscotch chips.
Dough can be made ahead of time and frozen. Defrost when needed.
