For Dressing
1 cup Salad oil (Wesson)
½ cup vinegar
½ cup diced onion
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt

For Salad
1 lb. Spinach
2 or 3 hard boiled eggs
Sliced mushroom (Small box)
2 small sliced red onions
½ lb. or less fried bacon .(torn into small pieces)

Mix items for dressing in blender. Refrigerate dressing. (Dressing will keep in frig 2 to 3 months)

Tear up spinach leaves. Devein leaves if desired. Place in large bowl, add onions mushrooms, and bacon. Toss in dressing. Slice eggs for individuals to add as desired

Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
