Directions:
Mix ingredients and beat well. Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Shape round or oblong as desired.
1 tsp. for small cookies and 1 tbsp. for large cookies. I press my cookies down before baking by wrapping a wrung out wash cloth around a water tumbler- this way they don't pull up in the center. (Liz uses a paper towel on the bottom of a wine glass and gently press down.)
Bake for 10- 15 minutes at 350 º

Personal Notes:
You can use favorite icing but if you used this one keep the cookies refrigerated.
