1 cup crunchy pb
½ cup firmly packed light brown chicken
¼ cup sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: Strawberry Jam
Optional: Hershey’s chocolate kiss

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Beat peanut butter, sugars, egg and vanilla at medium speed with an electric mixer until blended. Spoon heaping tablespoonfuls of batter on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Flatten dough with a fork.
3. Optional: make a ½ inch indentation in the center of each cookie with your thumb or wooden spoon. Spoon ½ tsp jam into each thumbprint. Or cook mostly through and add 1 Hershey’s chocolate kiss to each indentation, finish baking final 1-2 minutes.
4. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until golden.
