2 C powder sugar
1/2 C lemon juice (reconstituted preferred)
1 pkg lemon flavored gelatin
1 C boiling water
4 eggs
3/4 C oil
pinch of salt
1 pkg lemon or yellow cake mix

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9x13 cake pan. Preheat oven to 350º

Blend powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth- set aside
Dissolve lemon gelatin in boiling water-set aside to cool.
In a Large mixing bowl, beat- eggs lightly, add oil and a pinch of salt-blend in cooled gelatin.
Add cake mix and beat with electric mixer for 2 mins.
Pour into pan and bake 40-45 mins
While cake is still hot pierce through with a meat fork every 2 inches apart.
Pour powder sugar mix over top, it will soak into cake and form a glaze on top.
Let cool and serve with ice cream or topped with whip cream
