1 package elbow noodles
1 large cucumbers
1 tomato
2 hard boiled eggs
Miracle Whip
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil noodles according to packaging directions rinse, drain, and cool
Seed cucumbers and tomatoes then dice into bite size pieces
Dice eggs Into bite size pieces
Mix all together.
Add miracle whip the amount will depend on the amount of your other ingredients.
I start with about 1/2 a cup then add until it has the consistency you prefer. You can add as little or as much as you like.
Salt and pepper to taste.

This recipe is very forgiving I never measure, grandma never did either but this was a staple side dish during the summer months. Sometimes if it isn’t eaten all the first sitting you may have to add more miracle whip the next day.
