1 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt
Mix above together

3 eggs
3/4 cup canned pumpkin

Filling - cream together.
8 oz cream cheese
2 Tbs butter
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Mix dry ingredients together.
Beat eggs add pumpkin, fold in dry ingredients

Filling - cream together.

Preheat oven to 350º. Line jelly roll pan with wax paper. Bake for 15 minutes. Lay dish towel on counter dust with powder sugar. Dump cake onto dish cloth, remove wax paper & dust with powder sugar again. Roll into log & let cool. Unroll spread filling evenly onto cake & roll up. Chill, dust with powered sugar & cinnamon before serving. Can be frozen.
