Ingredients:  
2 1/4 c all purpose flour
1 3/4 c sugar
2 eggs
20 oz can crushed pineapple & juice
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup crushed walnuts

Frosting
8 oz cream cheese softened
1 stick melted butter
1 ½ cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 9 x13 pan well - Heat oven to 350º
mix all with spoon in one bowl. Add to pan
bake 30-35 mins

Frosting -
mix well & spread on warm cake
