onion
green pepper
mushroom
sherry wine
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Flatten veal very thin into 3 inch pieces.
Flour very lightly. Brown very lightly
add a little onion, green pepper & mushroom
& let simmer. Add sherry wine cook until done
can add pinch of tomato sauce for color
salt & pepper to taste
