Melt
1 pkg sweet chocolate
1 c boiling water

Combine with chocolate
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar 4 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 1/2 cup cake flour

Combine ingredients for cake. Bake at 350ºF for 35-45 min (?) until toothpick comes out clear



Coconut pecan frosting
1 cup coffee creamer
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1/4 lb oleo or butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/3 cup flake coconut
1 cup ground pecans
Cook over low heat until thick. Cool and frost cake
