"A man who was fond of wine was offered some grapes at dessert after dinner. "Much obliged," said he, pushing the plate aside; "I am not accustomed to take my wine in pills."--Jean Antheleme Brillat-Savarin, The Physiology of Taste

Ingredients:
**Nonna usually doubles the recipe so this is the recipe when it is not doubled**
½ cup of butter or margarine
1 cup of peanut butter
1 bag of butterscotch chips (approximately 300g)
1 bag of mini marshmallows (approximately 200g)

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a microwaveable bowl, melt the butter, the peanut butter and the butterscotch chips. Put in the microwave for no more than 1 minute. It is okay if the butterscotch chips are not fully melted, you will just need to mix it more when it is out of the microwave. MAKE SURE THE MIXTURE DOES NOT BOIL!

2. When it is cooled enough, add the marshmallows and mix them in the mixture. Make sure that the mixture is not too hot because you do not want the marshmallows to melt.

3. Finally, when the marshmallows are coasted with the peanut butter mixture, pour it into a 11X13 pan that is greased and with parchment paper.

4. Stick the pan into the fridge until you think it looks like it is cool enough and then it is ready to serve.
