1 tablespoon of oil
3-4 stalks of celery, chopped into small pieces
1 whole onion, cleaned and chopped into small pieces
2-3 carrots
2 packages of meat stuffed tortellini
1-2 bottles of chicken broth
1 can of diced tomatoes
½ cup of parsley (optional)
½ cup of shredded parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a pot, combine the oil, sliced celery, the onion and the sliced carrots. Let them saute for a few minutes.

2. Add the chicken broth and tomatoes in the pot and leave it to boil.

3. Add the tortellini from the packages into the pot and follow the instructions on how long it takes to cook.

4. Finally, as a topping, you may want to add parmesan cheese or parsley on top.
