1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup and 3 tablespoon divided
3 tablespoons butter melted
5 packages 8 oz. each of cream cheese softened
3 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 can 21 oz. canned pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crumbs, 3 tbsp. sugar and butter and press onto 9 inch spring form pan or large baking pan.
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, flour and vanilla with electric mixer on med speed until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time mixing on low speed until just blended.
Blend in sour cream and pour over crust.
Bake at 350º for 65 minutes or until center is almost set.
Run knife around rim of pan and cool before serving..
Refrigerate for 4 hours or over night.
