6 - potatoes (thin skin all-purpose OR new red)
c. - butter, softened
1 pt. - sour cream
1/3 c. - chives, chopped
2 T. - green onions
1 c. - cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes with skins until done. Cool slightly, cut into small pieces. If you use thicker-skinned potatoes, peel before cutting. Combine with remaining ingredients, put into greased casserole pan. Bake at 300 for 45 minutes.
