3 cups sugar
3 cups karol syrup
1 quart cream
1 can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, karol syrup, and 1/2 cup of cream. Boil until dissolved, when thicker (you have to keep it boiling). Slowly add rest of cream and milk. Cook to 230 degrees. Cook on high until remaining cream is added then turn down to med-high and stir constantly. Add vanilla, 1 tsp.
