Soak 1 1/2 T Knox gelatin
1/4 cup cold water

Cook until they form a custard
1 cup milk
2 eggs

Add
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 t ginger
1/2 t cinnamon
1/4 tsp allspice
1/2 salt
1 cup pumpkin
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Add the gelatin mixture when the mixture starts to thicken. Add 1 cup whipped cream. Put in baked pie crust. Keep in cool place. Can serve next day.
