DOUGH

1/2 Lb Butter
4 Egg Yolks
1/3 Cup Warm Milk
4 Cups Flour
4 Tsp Baking Powder
3/4 Cup Sugar
2 Tsp Vanilla
Powdered Sugar

NUT FILLING

1 Lb Ground Walnuts
3/4 Cup Hot Honey
1/2 Pt. Whipping Cream
1 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs Beaten
1/3 Lb Butter- Melted
Cinnamon to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add yolks and vanilla. Add milk, flour, and baking powder. Dough should be just easy to handle. Divide dough into 3 equal parts and refrigerate for one hour. While waiting, mix all nut filling ingredients. Save the egg for last. Mix thoroughly. Roll out dough portions to a 1/8 inch thickness. Cut into 2 inch squares. With small spoon, put nut filling in center of each square and turn opposite corners of each square into the center. Bake for 15 minutes at 375°. When cooled dust with powdered sugar.
