4-5 lb chuck roast
4 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg lipton onion soup mix
2 cans beef broth
4-5 cups of water
lowry's season salt, pepper, garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
in a 13x9x2 pan put roast in and add all the ingredients. Cover and bake for about 4 hrs on 350 degrees. If you want you can add red potatoes, celery, and carrots. ( I usually add them around the 3rd hour the roast has been in the oven.)
