1 bag shredded coconut (14-16oz.)
1 tsp almond extract
1-1½ cups powdered sugar
1 can sweet condensed milk
chocolate chips
shortening
sprinkles

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together coconut, almond extract and powdered sugar. Mixture should be gooey, but not too sticky. Add powdered sugar until it feels right. Chill.

2. Line baking sheet with wax paper. Roll coconut mixture into small balls and place in rows onto wax paper baking sheet. Chill.

3. Melt chocolate chips with 1 tbsp of shortening per bag. Dip coconut balls into melted chocolate and place on prepared wax paper baking sheet. Immediately add sprinkles if desired. Chill.

4. Store coconut balls in freezer bags in the freezer until ready for serving.
