3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1⅓ cup oil
6 oz. frozen concentrate orange juice
1 tablespoon baking powder
4¼ cup flour
2 or 3 apples sliced and peeled
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs well add sugar and beat.
Add orange juice concentrate beat.
Add flour and baking powder and beat.
Use bunt pan and spray with cooking spray.
Take ¾ cup sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon and cover apples.
Add ½ batter to pan and place apples on top batter but DO NOT place against sides.
Sprinkle remaining cinnamon and sugar from covering apples over this section.
Pour rest of batter over apples and sprinkle ¼ cup sugar and1tsp cinnamon over top.
Bake 350º for 30 minutes.
Then place aluminum foil on top of pan return to oven and bake for remaining 30- 45 minutes until a knife come out clean.
