5 1/2 Cups Flour
1 lbs. Tenderflake Lard
1 Tbsp Vinegar
1 Egg Beaten
2 Tsp Salt
Makes 6 pie shells worth of Pastry, Can be frozen for future use.

Butter Tart Filling
1/3 Cup Butter
1 Egg beaten
1 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Tblsp Sour Cream
1 Tsp Vanilla
1/2 Cup Raisins (chopped walnuts optional.)

Directions:
Directions:
Make up pastry. Roll out and cut with jagged edged cookie cutter circles. Place in muffin tins. Then make the batter for the butter tart filling. Pour 3/4 to the top of each muffin tin tart, Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes.
