1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and roll in 1 inch balls. Drop on a greased cookie sheet or parchment.
Dip a fork in sugar and press into the balls. Then repeat and press the opposite way.

Bake at 350 for 9-11 minutes depending on your oven.

When hot, drop a pinch of mini chocolate chips on top - or any chocolate you like (m&m, hershey kisses, reeces, etc. ) Or leave them plain.
