2 lbs hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 beef bouillon cube
1 qt water
2 cans diced tomatoes
2 cans whole kernel corn
2 cans dark red kidney beans
1 cup salsa (you choose heat)
Sour Cream
Tortilla Chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pan, brown hamburger and onions. Drain the fat off and add the taco seasoning, water (warm-hot, to help melt cube), add beef cube. Heat thoroughly. Reduce temperature, add tomatoes, beans, corn and salsa. Simmer. Serve topped with sour cream and tortilla chips
Can also be served with additional toppings to your tastes: sliced black olives, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped fresh tomatoes, and sliced avocados.
