14 oz. caramels 2/3 c. evaporated milk(divided) 1 German chocolate cake mix
3/4 c. melted butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. nuts(divided) 1 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Melt over low heat, caramels and 1/3 c. evaporated milk. Stir until melted. Set aside.
Mix well, cake mix, butter, evaporated milk and vanilla. Mix and spread 1/2 cake mixture in 13x9 pan.
Bake 8 minutes at 350. Sprinkle with caramel mix, 1/2 c. nuts and chocolate chips. Drop remaining cake batter on top. Sprinkle with 1/2 c. nuts. Bake 20 minutes in 350 oven. Cool in pan 1/2 hour.
Refrigerate 1 hour. Cut into bars.
