1 C Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
3 Oz Cream Cheese
1 tsp Orange Rind
1 C Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Egg Yolk
2-1/2 C Flour

1/4 tsp Cinnamon *(or 4 tbs Cocoa for chocolate orange variation)
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.

1. Cream together butter, cream cheese and sugar. Mix in egg yolk, vanilla.

2. In large measuring cup mix together dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to butter mixture.

3. Bake in oven for 12 - 15 minutes.
