Ingredients:  
1 cup - warm water
¼ cup - sugar
2 tablespoons - yeast
⅓ cup - oil
1 teaspoon - salt
1 - egg
3⅓ cups - all purpose or whole wheat flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix warm water, sugar and oil together with 2 tablespoons yeast
2. Let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes
3. Mix 1 teaspoon salt and 1 egg and mix into yeast
4. Add 3⅓ cups of flour bit by bit to the wet mixture. Knead and rest for 30 minutes
5. Knead again and let rest for another 30 minutes
6. Roll into buns on a greased pan or bread or Cinnamon buns
7. Let rise once in the pan before baking at 400ºF for 15 to 20 minutes

Cinnamon Bun Caramel for Bottom of the Pan
½ cup - butter
1 cup - brown sugar
½ cup - maple syrup
Heat to a caramel and put on the bottom of the pan you set the cinnamon buns in
