Cookie Sandwich
2 packages of Devil's Food cake mix
⅔ cup oil
4 eggs

Cream Filling
1- 8 oz package Cream Cheese
1 stick butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
3-4 cups powdered sugar

For Sandwich Cookies
Mix ingredients well. Roll into small balls, flatten slightly on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes. Let cool completely!

For Cream Filling
Mix cream chesse, butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar until creamed together. Frost on cookies and add additional cookie to make a sandwich!
