2 Tablespoons flour


½ shortening (¼ cup Crisco and ¼ cup softened butter)
½ cup sugar

Add milk and flour mixture and beat 4 minutes or until icing is smooth with no granules of sugar.

Directions:

Whisk together flour and milk. Cook until thick, constantly stirring. Cool to room temperature.

Beat shortening mixture for 4 minutes

Add sugar and beat 4 more minutes.
