Ingredients:	Ingredients: 1 pkg Pillsbury lemon cake mix (plus) 3 eggs ⅓ c cooking oil 1 c water 2 T poppy seeds Glaze 1 c powdered sugar 1 T lemon juice 1 T milk 1 T softened butter 2 to 3 drops yellow food coloring

Directions:	Directions: Preheat oven to 350º Grease and flour 12 cup bundt pan. In large bowl blend all ingredients until moistened then on high speed for 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 30 to 40 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Cool upright in the pan for 25 minutes then turn onto serving plate and allow to cool completely. Blend glaze ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. If needed add a few more drops of milk to make glaze consistency. Spoon over cooled cake.

Personal Notes:	Personal Notes: Slight variation of the same recipe name 1 yellow cake mix, 4 eggs, 1 c water, 1 large instant pudding mix, 1/2 c oil and 1/3 c poppy seeds. Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
