8 Large Flounder or Sole Fillets
Salt to taste, lemon juice
1 package (8 oz.) herb seasoned stuffing mix approx. 3 cups
1 cup chicken broth
1 package (6 oz.) Swiss cheese finely diced. (I use Mozzarella shredded)
1 cup butter melted
2 TB chopped fresh dill to taste(I use dried)
1/2 cup cornflake crumbs. (I don't do this part)

Directions:

Preheat oven 350º

Sprinkle fish with salt and lemon juice

In a bowl combine stuffing mix, cheese, chicken broth and 1/2 of butter and dill
Spoon stuffing onto 1/2 of each filet. Fold over and secue with toothpick.
Brush pan with some of the remaining butter.
Place stuffed filets in pan
Spoon remaining butter over filet
Sprinkle with corn flakes crumbs. Bake 25 min or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
