1/2 c Crisco
3/8 c sugar
3/4 c bran
1/2 tsp salt

1/2 c boiling water
1/2 c warm water
1 pckg yeast
1 egg
3 c sifted flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first 4 ingredients
Mix in boiling water, mix
Mix in warm water
Add yeast, egg & flour
knead together until dough forms
rolls out, using circle cutter, cut out circles, double-over into half-moon shape
Cook at 350 degrees until golden brown
