3 T flour
1 c sugar
2 T cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp ground allspice
6 peeled and sliced Johnathan Apples
4 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, cloves and allspice together. Add apples coat with mixture. Place pie crust In the bottom of a pie pan. Fill crust with coated apples. Cup 4 T of butter into small pieces and place on top of apples. Place pie crust on top. Rub milk over top of the crust, sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes lower to 350 degrees and cook another 45 minutes.
