3 C sifted flour
2 tbs sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 lb butter
1/2 cup lukewarm milk
1tsp sugar
1 pack dry yeast or 1 oz cake
3 egg yolks
1/2 pint sour cream(sealtest or breakstone)

Icing-
1 C confectionery sugar
1-2 tsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla or maple flavor

Sift flour, sugar and salt then work in butter. Add the lukewarm milk and sugar(1tsp) into yeast.
Once yeast is foamy add egg yolks and sour cream- stir.
Add yeast mix to flour mix. Mix with spoon until smooth. Place in fridge (cover with damp paper towel and wax paper. Overnight

Divide dough into about 6 equal parts. On floured counter- Roll each into about 9 inch circle then cut into 8 small (pizza slices, triangle). Roll up starting from widest (bottom) up to tip- make sure tip is on bottom- like croissant shape.
Place on greased cookie sheet- let them raise about one hour.
Bake 350º 12-15 mins until light golden

Once cooled drizzle icing on top
