5 C Gold Medal flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 C sugar
1/2 LB Butter
3 yolks and 2 whole eggs
1/2 pint sour cream


Filling-
1 1/4 lb walnuts ground fine
1 C sugar
1 beaten egg yolk
Milk to make thick mixture.

Or use Apricot paste

Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients, then cut in the butter. Add sour cream and all eggs. Mix until well blended- dough maybe soft- do not add much more flour.
Roll on floured counter- small amount at a time. Cut into squares and add small amount of filling into center and bring opposite corners together to form horn. Brush tops with beaten egg yolk.
Bake at 350-375º on ungreased cookie sheet until golden brown.
