Ingredients:
1 lb of beef
1 lb of pork
2 eggs
Few cracker crumbs
A little lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Like many of Grandma Steffes' recipes, this one did not include directions. I would recommend adding a few spices (onion, garlic, thyme, oregano, etc.) and mixing everything together to bake! A common meatloaf recipe calls for it to be baked at 350 degrees for one hour.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Several years ago, Grandma Ann and Aunt Lenore and I went through a family trunk, and found a bunch of recipes written by Grandma Magdalena (Lena) Edwards Steffes. This is one of them! Lena is Grandma Ann's Maternal Grandmother.
