1 1/2 lb ricotta cheesee
2-8oz packets of cream cheese
6 eggs
6 tbsp flour
2 cups sugar
1 pint sour cream
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
1. Blend ricotta and cream cheese on low speed until smooth

2. Add eggs one at a time blending well after each one

3. Gradually add sugar scraping down sides

4. Add flour, sour cream, and vanilla blending after each addition scraping down sides of the bowl

5. Pour into 9" greased spring form pan

6. Place in a hot waterbacth

7. Bake at 385F for 90 minutes

8. Turn off oven and do not open the door

9. Leave in oven for another 60 minutes

10. Remove and place on cooling rack.
