USE ABOUT 5-6 SMOKED HAM HOCKS AND BOIL FOR ABOUT 30 MINS IN A POT FULL OF WATER. THEN ADD ABOUT 2 1/2 BAGS OF COLLARD GREENS TO THE HAM HOCKS. ( YOU CAN GET FROM PUBLIX IN THE PRODUCE SECTION) SEASON TO TASTE. COOK COLLARDS FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR OR 1 1/2 HOURS. TAKE HAM HOCKS OUT AND TAKE MEAT OFF BONES AND PUT MEAT BACK INTO POT, COOK FOR ANOTHER 15 MINUTES.
