Pillsbury hot roll mix, one 16 oz. box
Pastorelli Pizza Sause, one 8 oz. can
Italian Sausage, 1 lb
Mozzarella Shredded Cheese, 3-4 cups an 8 oz bag is 2 cups

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Follow the directions on the Pillsbury, one box can make one large thick crust pizza or 2-3 thin crust pizza
Mix the box contents with the package of yeast included
Mix those contents with the water and oil, thoroughly kneed the dough
Spread the dough evenly across your pizza pan
Let the dough rise for up to 30 minutes
De-skin and brown the Italian sausage in a skillet on your stove, cut up or grind down the sausage while it browns
Spread the pizza sauce evenly across the your dough
Spread your browned sausage over the pizza
Spread your Mozzarella cheese over the pizza
Bake the pizza in your oven at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Keep an eye on the pizza to not burn it. The cheese should turn a nice brown.


You can make multiple pizza with one box of Pillsbury hot roll mix. Add other ingredients like mushrooms, pepperoni, or whatever you like.
