1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
6 oz. chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Sift first 6 ingredients. Cream shortening and peanut butter. Gradually blend in sugars. Add egg and beat well. Stir in dry ingredients alternately with milk. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake 12 minutes.
