Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Creamette's Elbow Macaroni 32 oz box
Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
Manzanilla Olives 10-15 oz jar
Tuna 3 oz or 5 oz cans
Hard Boiled Eggs 4-6 sliced up

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the Creamette's per the box directions. The 32 oz box makes a large bowl enough for a Kusinski family party. Boil the eggs at the same time as you cook the noodles. Cool the creamette's and the eggs in cold water. When the macaroni is ready pour into a large bowl and start mixing in mayonnaise or miracle whip, which ever is your preference. As you add the other ingredients you may need to add more mayo. Cut the olives in half and mix into the salad. Mix in 2-3 cans of tuna. Slice up and mix in the hard boiled eggs, saving one egg.

At this point you need to decide on the moisture of the salad. You can add more mayo or you can mix in some whole milk to add the moisture. Final step place the last slices across the top of the salad for presentation.

The amount of the ingredients vary by taste (the Kusinski family loves olives) and salad size. The Creamette's comes in 7, 16, 32, 48 oz boxes. Also at times I believe Grammy Jo added peas or tiny salad shrimp to the salad.
