6 loaves of white bread, Crusts cut off and torn up into small pieces. Place in a large bowl and dry out.
1/2 celery Whole stock. Cut off ends
1 brown onion chopped
1 bell pepper chopped
2 bunches of parsley
2 tsp sage dried
2 tsp thyme
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp pepper
1 -2 cups chicken Broth
1 Pound of mild Italian sausage cooked and crumbled up
12 cups of raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Place vegetables into food processor or blender and grind them up. You ma y use the broth to get it all blended. Mix all ingredients up. You will have left overs. Place into ziplock bags to use in future birds. Before blenders I remember my mom had a hand crank blender she would grind up all the Vegetables with. My favorite part of Thanksgiving Meal
