1 med cauliflower
2 c. ham, cubed
6 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
4 T butter
1/4 c flour
2 c milk
1 c sharp American cheese, cubed (Velvetta)
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c soft bread crumbs
1 T butter
1/2 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Break or cut up cauliflower and cook until tender. Combine ham and mushrooms. Make white sauce with 4 T butter, flour and milk. Add cheese and sour cream, stir until cheese melts. Pour over cauliflower and ham. Melt 1 T butter and mix with bread crumbs- put on top of casserole. Bake uncovered 40 minutes at 350º or until hot.
